Your business texts, registered and connected.

We handle A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration for you, and we fix the submissions that get rejected.

What is A2P 10DLC registration?

A2P 10DLC is the US system that mobile carriers use to identify businesses sending text messages from standard 10-digit local numbers. Businesses register their brand, which is who they are, and each campaign, which is what they send and how people opt in.

Carriers filter or block messages from unregistered traffic. If your appointment reminders, confirmations or offers are not reaching customers, registration is the first thing to check.

What happens when you send without registering

Messages get filtered

Carriers filter or block texts from unregistered 10-digit numbers. Reminders, confirmations and follow-ups can simply never arrive, and nothing tells you.

Sending gets restricted

Messaging platforms can limit or suspend sending until a brand and campaign are registered, which stops a texting program you already rely on.

Customers go quiet

Fewer replies, fewer confirmed appointments and more no-shows are often the first sign. Many businesses only trace it back to registration after weeks of lost messages.

Learn how registration fixes this

What we do for you

  • Brand registrationWe collect and verify your business details and register your brand with The Campaign Registry.
  • Campaign registrationWe choose the use case and write the description, sample messages and message flow.
  • Website and consent reviewWe check your site and opt-in form the way a reviewer would, and tell you what to change.
  • Rejection fixesWe find the real cause of a rejection, correct the submission and resubmit it.
  • Agency and multi-account workWe handle many client sub-accounts with a consistent intake.

Message types we register

Your campaign has to match what you really send. We pick the use case that fits your traffic and write the description and samples to suit it.

How campaign registration works

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Customer care and support conversations
  • Account alerts and notifications
  • Order and delivery updates
  • Promotions and special offers
  • Review and feedback requests
  • Lead follow-up and quote requests
  • Mixed programs with several message types

Why registrations get rejected

A vague or inconsistent registration comes back and the texts stay blocked. Most rejections come from a short list of causes.

See all ten common causes

  • Opt-in proof is missing or vagueReviewers want to see exactly how a person agrees to receive your texts. A sentence like "customers opt in on our website" is not enough without the form, the checkbox and the disclosure wording.
  • The campaign description does not match the messagesA campaign registered for appointment reminders that includes promotional offers will be flagged. The description, the use case and the sample messages must all describe the same traffic.
  • Sample messages are missing required elementsSamples that do not name the business, read like generic templates, or leave out opt-out language are a frequent reason for a return.
  • The website has no privacy policy or SMS termsCarriers and reviewers check the website. If they cannot find a privacy policy and terms that cover text messaging, the submission can be sent back.

Nothing is connected. Texts from an unregistered number have nowhere to go.

Illustrative sequence. Real review times and outcomes depend on the carriers and registry.

  1. Tell us about the businessYou send the legal business name, EIN, entity type, address, website, contact details and a plain description of the texts you send. We review everything against what carriers and reviewers check, and tell you straight away if something is likely to cause trouble.
  2. We register the brandWe submit your business identity to The Campaign Registry and handle verification. If details do not match official records or the website is not ready, we tell you what to correct before it goes in.
  3. We write and register the campaignWe choose the use case, write the campaign description and sample messages, describe your message flow and opt-in process, and prepare the opt-out and help responses. The goal is one consistent story that a reviewer can check against your website and your actual traffic.
  4. We handle carrier review and fix rejectionsIf a submission is returned, we read the reason, find the real cause, correct the submission and resubmit. We keep you informed of what changed and why, so the same mistake does not come back on the next campaign.
  5. You connect and sendOnce the campaign is approved, we give you what you need to attach your numbers and connect the campaign in your messaging platform, together with notes on the consent and opt-out practices that keep it in good standing.

Built for the people stuck with the paperwork

Agencies

If you run GoHighLevel or another SMS platform for clients, every sub-account needs its own registration. Unregistered or rejected sub-accounts mean blocked messages, support tickets and unhappy clients. We take the paperwork off your team, keep client submissions consistent and fix the ones that come back.

Local businesses

Contractors, clinics, salons, dealerships, gyms, restaurants and service companies use texts for reminders, confirmations, follow-ups and offers. You should be running the business, not reading carrier rules. We register your brand and campaign and tell you in plain language what you need on your website.

Software platforms

If your product sends texts on behalf of many customers, you need a repeatable way to register each one properly. We can take on registration volume, standardize the data you collect and resolve the rejected brands and campaigns.

How we work

We check before we submit

Your details, website and consent flow are reviewed the way a reviewer would read them, so avoidable problems are fixed before they cost you a rejection.

We tell you plainly

We do not promise approval, because the registry and carriers decide. If your category is likely to be a problem, you hear it early, along with your options.

We fix the real cause

When a submission comes back we find out why, correct it and explain what changed, instead of resubmitting the same thing and hoping.

Common questions

Do you guarantee approval?

No. The registry and the carriers make the decision, and no one outside them can promise an outcome. What we do is prepare each submission to meet their requirements, check it against your website and consent flow before it goes in, and correct it if it is returned.

What is A2P 10DLC?

A2P 10DLC stands for application-to-person messaging over 10-digit long codes. It is the US framework for businesses that send text messages from standard local phone numbers. Businesses register their brand and each messaging campaign so carriers can identify them and deliver their messages.

Who has to register?

Any business that sends texts to US mobile numbers from a standard 10-digit local number through a messaging platform needs to register. That includes small local businesses, agencies sending on behalf of clients and software platforms.

What is the difference between brand and campaign registration?

The brand is your business identity: legal name, tax ID, address and website. The campaign describes what you send: the use case, sample messages, how people opt in and how they opt out. A brand can have more than one campaign.

What do you need from me?

Your legal business name, EIN or equivalent, entity type, business address, website, a contact person, and a description of the messages you send and how customers agree to receive them. If you already have a rejection, send us the rejection reason as well.

My registration was rejected. Can you fix it?

Usually, yes. Send us the rejection message and the details you submitted. We find the cause, correct the brand or campaign and resubmit. Some rejections come down to a category that carriers do not allow, and we will tell you plainly if that is your situation.
